Meet the Team
Dedication, Compassion, & Expertise
These are the faces of Katy Responds on the ground, organizing teams of volunteers, fundraising for projects to help families and individuals in need, and working to make a positive change in our community.

CEO
Ron Peters
Originally from Michigan, Ron moved to Texas in 1990. He began volunteering with Katy Responds, where his passion for helping families led to roles as Construction Manager, Executive Director, and now CEO.
Ron and his wife, Jody, have five children and six grandchildren. They also lead marriage ministry events. Before Katy Responds, Ron worked as an independent contractor and sales director in the industrial supply industry.
